Browns Mills Downtown Strategic Revitalization
and Redevelopment Plan
We are pleased to announce that the Pemberton Township and
Ragan Design Group have been awarded a Transportation & Community Development Initiative (TCDI) grant by the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) to prepare a Downtown Strategic Revitalization and Redevelopment Plan for Browns Mills. The grant enables us to (1) to do all planning, preliminary design to create a vision for the redevelopment of the main street of Browns Mills into an attractive, well-maintained, commercial street and (2) to maintain a new town center of retail and commercial office uses, as well as senior housing.
Mayor David A. Patriarca, Township Council and Ragan Design would like to invite you to the next meeting on September 1st, at 3:00 p.m. at the Pemberton Municipal Building, Township Council Chambers. Future meetings are planned for October 6th, November 3rd, and December 1st.
