FACILITY RENTALS BY INDIVIDUALS
FACILITY RENTAL INFROMATION (Residents & Non-Residents)
Examples: Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Reception, Etc.
$100 Deposit (Will be Cashed) Required for Each Reservation -- Payable by Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card
Rental Fee: $30/Hour (Residents), $50/Hour (Non-residents) -- Payable by Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card
Certificate of Insurance Required with all Facility Rental Applications. Must list "Township of Pemberton" as additionally insured.
**All approved renters must comply with all current COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.
Residents and Non-residents are urged to contact the Recreation Department by phone (609-893-5034) first to see if their requested date is available. If available, a tentative 5 business day hold will be placed on the facility requested. The completed application, deposit, hourly rental fee and proof of insurance, are due within the 5 business days. If all documentation and fees are not turned into the Recreation Office within the 5 business days, the date will be released.
Insurance Requirement: Applicants shall provide a copy of a certificate of insurance showing general liability coverage for the specific event or use. Alternatively, the USER may purchase insurance (TULIP policy) through the Burlington County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund’s low cost insurance program which can be found at: https://burlcojif.org/coverage/tulip/. Pemberton Township shall be named as Additional Insured on Certificates of Insurance. General Liability insurance coverage limits shall not be less than $1,000,000 each occurrence; $2,000,000 General Aggregate.
