**All approved renters must comply with all current COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.
Residents and Non-residents are urged to contact the Recreation Department by phone (609-893-5034) first to see if their requested date is available. If available, a tentative 5 business day hold will be placed on the facility requested. The completed application, deposit, hourly rental fee and proof of insurance, are due within the 5 business days. If all documentation and fees are not turned into the Recreation Office within the 5 business days, the date will be released.

FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION (Residents & Non-Residents)
Forms Required:
- Completed Facility Application
- Insurance Certificate: Must list (Township of Pemberton: 500 Pemberton Browns Mills, Rd., Pemberton, NJ 08068) under additional insured
- Refund Form
Fees Required: (Can be Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card)
- $100 - Refundable Security Deposit
- $50 - Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
- $75 - Facility Maintenance Fee
- Hourly Fee: $30hr Residents / $50hr Non-Residents
Insurance Requirement: Applicants shall provide a copy of a certificate of insurance showing general liability coverage for the specific event or use. Alternatively, the USER may purchase insurance (Gather Guard) through the Burlington County Municipal Joint Insurance Fund’s low cost insurance program which can be found at: https://app.gatherguard.com/. Pemberton Township (500 Pemberton-Browns Mills Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068) shall be named as Additional Insured on Certificates of Insurance. General Liability insurance coverage limits shall not be less than$1,000,000 each occurrence.
