Mayor's Coin to Student
for Job Well Done

On Thursday October 12th, there was a press conference at Busansky School in regards to the Safe Routes to Schools Program. The New Jersey

Transportation Commissioner was the lead guest speaker and 5th grader Hunter Hughes started off the event with a short speech followed by an introduction of the Commissioner.

Mayor Tompkins was very impressed with the way Hunter handled speaking in public, as many are aware, public speaking is one of the hardest things to do. On Friday, October 13th, Mayor Tompkins went back to Busansky School to award Hunter with the Mayor's Coin for Outstanding Achievement. We here at Pemberton Township are so proud of Hunter and we are sure we will see him giving many speeches in the future,

Great Job Hunter...keep up the Good Work!!
